The service
Wavy is a macOS application that performs work on your Mac at your direction: reading and editing files in folders you choose, researching the web, generating documents, and automating repeat tasks. During the beta, features may change and interruptions may occur.
Your responsibilities
- You direct the work. Review what Wavy proposes before approving consequential actions, and review generated output before relying on it. AI systems make mistakes.
- Use Wavy only on files, accounts, and systems you are authorized to use.
- Keep your account and API keys secure.
Accounts and billing
- The trial includes a limited managed AI allowance, without a card.
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
- If you are unhappy with your first purchase, contact us within 14 days for a refund.
- When your managed allowance is exhausted, Wavy asks before falling back to your own API key.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wavy to break the law, to harm others, to infringe intellectual property, or to circumvent the security of systems you do not control. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranty and liability
Wavy is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
